The ImageJ is a java based image processing framework. Mainly, it is useful project for analyses and visualizations of scanned images stack. It has been developed over years, to a great deal by researchers at the Research Services Branch, National Institute of Mental Health, Bethesda, Maryland, USA. Our image processing department is involved in development and re-engineering of image analysis and visualization open source projects. In this research, we will publish the results of the software quality measurements of the ImageJ1.45h framework with well established quality metrics. Our research is focused on the qualitative analysis of ImageJ which helps us to identify the worst maintainable components (classes) in this framework and it is very useful for our future development of this project.
