Call for Paper

Deadline of submission: 27.06.2012

Before submitting a paper to the conference, make sure you have read the call for paper.

Call for paper submission

To submit a paper, please register on the conference page. After your first log in, a private area for your submission will be created and you will be redirected to your personal submission page. You can also access this page by using the “Submit” link in the upper right corner, next to the “Login/Logout” button.

Workshops: Workshop support

After your submission, the conference team will contact you for the workshop support. This paper should be written in Latex, using the SPIE template. If this is not possible, also OpenOffice.org or Word files, which are conform to the SPIE templates for Word, will be accepted. A paper should be structured into the following sections: title, abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results, conclusions and references. We only accept submissions of complete papers of about 3 - 6 pages. Please change template settings to A4.

Oral Presentations: Camera-ready papers

After your submission, the conference team will contact you for the complete paper. This paper should be written in Latex, using the SPIE template. If this is not possible, also OpenOffice.org or Word files, that are conform to the SPIE templates for Word will be accepted. A paper should be structured into the following sections: title, abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results, conclusions and references. We only accept submissions of complete papers of about 3 - 6 pages. Please change template settings to A4.

Scientific Posters: Camera-ready papers

This year we also offer the opportunity to submit a full paper for scientific posters. This paper should be written in Latex, using the SPIE template. If this is not possible, also OpenOffice.org or Word files, which are conform to the SPIE templates for Word will be accepted. A paper should be structured into the following sections: title, abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results, conclusions and references. We only accept submissions of complete papers of about 1 - 4 pages. If we do not receive the full paper before the deadline, we will include the abstract into the conference proceedings. Please change template settings to A4.
