At the ImageJ conference in Luxembourg in 2008, Fiji – a distribution of ImageJ along with a lot of plugins – was presented to the public for the first time.
Since then, Fiji has gone a long way, and gained quite a few features. Amongst others, Fiji has a versatile automatic Updater, a powerful Scripting Editor, and many plugins were added (in particular some plugins helping with segmentation).
This talk will give an in-depth overview of the changes since the first Fiji version.
