Welcome to the homepage of the ImageJ Conference series. This will be the place to find all kinds of information related to these conference.
Conference Tip: Bioimage Analysis Workshop, April, 30–May, 1, 2012, Barcelona, Spain
Associated to the ISBI'2012 conference, workshop will bring together developers and users of imaging software for the analysis of biomedical images. Its purpose is to review the state of the art and to establish requirements for future developments. The focus will be on JAVA-based open-source solutions—in particular, ImageJ—and other open architectures that facilitate the development of plugins and community-driven projects.

The conference begins to tweet

Conference Programme available!
After hard weeks of reviewing, the final conference programme is now available. We have manged to create a 2,5 days programme full of high quality talks and workshops. The conference will start with a special session day “Evolution of ImageJ”, in that we will present and discuss the ImageJ development process during the last two years. A full day workshops will provide hands-on tutorials for beginners and advanced users. At the end of the day, everybody can relax at the social event with a GPS-guided torch hike and a gala dinner at the Organgerie in Mondorf. The final day is dedicated to the scientific presentations in thematic session.
All day long the exposition and the scientific posters are accessible. Information about the exposition will be published later.
Call for paper closed
During the next weeks the scientific committee will evaluate the numerous submissions. Until they finished the submitters will not have access to their submissions, to not see the intermediate results of the committee.
